I just always thought there’d be time later to do all those things I didn’t get around to doing. Then you get busy and before you know it, there’s a knock at the door, and so much is left undone. If only there was a way to match the energy we have when we are young with the experience we get later. Think of how much we could get fixed. And what I’ve noticed is that the more you fix in the world, the more that gets fixed inside you… Pg. 308

They slipped through the opening in the plastic. The air around the cloth-covered receptionist desk was filled with dust. Destiny tucked her mouth and nose below her shirt and Lily just held her breath.
